The role requires at least 1 year in a customer-facing position, healthcare setting preferred, and strong communication skills. Proficiency with office software and HIPAA compliance are essential, with a schedule that may include variability and some weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a position interacting with customers/patients.
• Favorable result on background check as required by state.
• Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States.
• Experience in a medical office environment preferred.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate patient flow.
• Assist the doctor in preliminary testing.
