Keplr Vision in Cromwell, Connecticut is seeking an Optometric Technician responsible for ensuring quality patient care. The role involves assisting the optometrist and performing various tasks such as gathering medical histories and educating patients on their vision benefits.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong customer service background. A high school diploma and at least one year of experience in a similar role are preferred.
The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure that all patients are receiving the best quality of care at all times. The role is primarily responsible for assisting the Optometrist in patient care while demonstrating how we love eyes, care about the people behind them, and execute a flawless patient experience.
