Responsibilities

• Answering phones and scheduling appointments.
• Verifying insurance benefits and calculating patient responsibility.
• Delivering outstanding patient care, from pre-screening to post-exam follow-up.
• Perform diagnostic tests, gather patient histories, and educate patients about vision benefits.
• Ensuring the patient experience from start to finish is the best in the business.
• Encouraging and supporting the team by communicating effectively and helping achieve goals.

Optometric Technician Roles begin at $17/hr with an extremely aggressive/obtainable commissions and spiff structure.
