Qualifications

• Experience in an optometry/ophthalmology office is preferred.
• Familiarity with OfficeMate is a plus.
• Organized, people-oriented, and flexible.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check in.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Perform preliminary testing before the doctor sees patients.
• Teach patients how to insert and remove contact lenses.
• Process insurance authorizations and claims.
• Order contact lenses and assist with daily office tasks.
