We are looking for someone with great customer service skills and a positive attitude to enjoy our quickly growing optical boutique. The front office tasks include:

1. Pretesting
2. Answering phones
3. Checking in patients
4. Conducting contact lens classes

The back office duties include:

1. Scheduling
2. Filing
3. Insurance authorizations and submissions
4. Ordering contact lenses

This is an exciting opportunity for full-time work. Saturdays are required. At least one year of experience in the optical industry is preferred. Knowledge of Office Mate is a plus. Compensation is based on experience.
