Job summary

South Grove Eye Care in Indiana seeks an Optometric Technician to support eye exams, pre-testing, and patient scheduling. You will help with dispensing eyewear, minor repairs, and insurance claims while upholding HIPAA standards.

Ideal candidates bring optical knowledge, lensometry, and experience with Optos/OCT/iCare; NCLE certification is a plus. Join a patient-focused practice committed to education and accessibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in optical knowledge and lensometry.
• Ability to perform pretesting such as Optos, OCT, iCare.
• Knowledge of autorefractor and FDT.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations.

Required Skills:

• Experience with contact lens fittings
• Knowledge of eye care diagnosis and visual acuity

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $36,000 to $48,000 per year, along with health insurance, holiday pay, and paid time off.
