Visionworks of America, Inc. in Macon, Georgia is seeking a Part Time Visionworks Clinical Specialist (CS)/Optometric Assistant to be the friendly face of our exam practice, guiding patients through the first steps of their eye care journey with warmth and confidence.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient records, introducing patients to the OD, assisting with product and service recommendations, and performing daily operations to support the exam lane and overall patient

Qualifications

• Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate patient records before conducting preliminary testing.
• Introduce patient to OD and provide OD with important patient information.
• Transition patient from doctor to sales floor and inform education for products/services.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the exam lane and patient experience.
