The Role

A Visionworks Clinical Specialist (CS)/Optometric Assistant is the face of our exam practice, ensuring the best experience for every patient. Responsibilities include:

1. Maintaining accurate patient records before preliminary testing.
2. Introducing patients to the OD and providing relevant information.
3. Transitioning patients from the doctor to the sales floor, educating and recommending products.
4. Supporting store operations, including restocking, cleaning, and answering phones.

Qualifications

• Customer or patient experience preferred but not required.
• HS diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
