The Role

A Visionworks Clinical Specialist (CS)/Optometric Assistant is the face of our Exam Practice, dedicated to ensuring a positive journey for every patient. This role involves knowledge of eye health, preliminary testing, optics, products/services, and managed vision care. The CS guides patients through the initial steps of their eye care experience, ensuring their needs are met with a human and bold approach.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate patient records before conducting preliminary testing.
• Introduce patients to the OD and provide relevant patient information.
• Transition patients from the doctor to the sales floor and educate them on products and services.
• Support store operations, including restocking, cleaning, and answering phones to enhance patient experience.

Qualifications
