Job summary

VisionFirst in Louisville is seeking a friendly, patient-focused team member to join our eye care team. You’ll greet patients, assist with exams, and help ensure a smooth flow of visits with warmth and professionalism.

At VisionFirst, prior optometry or medical office experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person. This on-site role offers generous benefits and opportunities for growth within a locally operated practice.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be a key part of our patient experience — greeting people, prepping them for exams, conducting pre-tests, and ensuring that every patient has a great experience. No two days look exactly alike. Some key job duties include:

• Use diagnostic equipment and perform preliminary testing

• Guide patients through their visit with warmth and professionalism
• Keep patient records accurate and up to date
