Qualifications

• Familiarity with optical dispensing/vision care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable office experience.

• Perform basic diagnostic tests such as tonometry, autorefraction, and retinal photography.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories.
• Help patients select frames and lenses, providing optical dispensing support.
• Schedule appointments, answer phones, and manage front desk operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and optical equipment.
