Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Electronics Technology or related field.
• 1–3 years in a manufacturing or production test environment.
• Ability to read schematics and technical specifications.
• Experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies and signal generators.
• Familiarity with fiber optic testing is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and data recording accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Execute standardized test procedures and document results accurately.
• Perform functional, performance, and environmental testing on assemblies and systems.
• Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot failures to the component level.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to resolve issues and improve quality.
• Set up and maintain test fixtures, equipment and workstations.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Document non-conformances and assist in root cause analysis.
• Perform basic soldering and rework as needed.
