Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of multimeters, oscilloscopes, optical spectrum analyzers and laser beam profiling equipment preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and schematics.
• Must be organized, energetic, reliable, timely and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Optical alignment.
• Testing of optical and laser components.
• Assembly of precision opto-mechanical parts incl. soldering, bonding, and UV curing.
• Cleaning and inspecting optics and mechanical parts.
• Troubleshoot optical, mechanical and electrical systems.
• Maintain cleanroom standards and safety practices.
