Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Automation & Robotics: design, prototype, and implement precision fixtures and tooling for robotic arms and manufacturing systems.
• Opto-Mechanics & Optics: interface with optics and laser paths; design mounts and alignments.
• Electronics & I/O Integration: wire, test, and integrate sensors, actuators, and I/O signals.
• Spectroscopy & Laser Systems: contribute to mechanical design of lasers and spectroscopy systems; hands-on build and testing.
• Process Workflows: develop and optimize mechanical components and workflows for laser dicing and pick-and-place machines.
• SolidWorks CAD & PDM: create 3D models and drawings with BOMs and PDM management.
• Vendor Interaction: collaborate with machine shops and suppliers to source and inspect parts.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: communicate progress to management and teams.
