Job summary

M/I Homes, Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented administrator to maintain the Online Design Studio (Envision), manage option specifications, and generate trend reports. You will link pictures to options, create images as needed, and ensure option descriptions are accurate for internal teams.

The role also covers presenting options to sales, assisting in option costing, and coordinating with large lot buyers. A background in office administration plus data analysis helps you succeed in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and at least one year of related work experience or training.
• General knowledge of data analysis, administrative skills and office functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintains Online Design Studio (Envision), links pictures and specs to options.
• Creates pictures for options and reviews option descriptions for clarity.
• Maintains option specifications and provides them to Purchasing for bids.
• Present options to sales for new or updated options.
• Reviews option trends and presents quarterly reports.
• Recommends options to culll due to infrequency of selection.
• Serves as contact for custom option requests and assists in costing.
• Coordinates with large lot buyers about option selections and redlines plans.
• Backups Purchasing team members and supports VP of Purchasing.
