Job summary

All Options offers a ten-week internship that immerses you in quantitative trading and research. You will train with traders and researchers, rotate through trading and research functions, and tackle real project work with a mentor guiding you daily.

You’ll gain a comprehensive view of how a prop trading firm operates, participate in mock trading, and contribute to pricing model improvements using data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s program in a quantitative field.
• Graduating between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028, junior level or higher.
• Open to full-time opportunities upon graduation.

Responsibilities

• Complete classroom-based training in options theory and market microstructure.
• Sit on a live trading desk and support the mentor in day-to-day trading.
• Learn to price options on listed instruments and understand trading strategies.
• Observe daily trading positions and how they are optimized.
• Partner with traders and researchers on impactful projects.
• Support improving pricing models using statistical methods.
• Provide data-driven insights to trading and research teams.
