Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering enterprise digital platforms with Optimizely and Microsoft tech.
• 5+ years as Technical Lead or Solution Architect.
• Deep expertise in Optimizely components and headless DXP patterns.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end solution architectures across CMS, personalization, search, integrations, and cloud platforms.
• Lead architecture workshops, discovery sessions, and solution strategy discussions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and governance for development teams.
