Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a technical or management field.
• Deep understanding of motor vehicle manufacturing and assembly optimization.
• Expert presentation skills, comfortable on camera for training content.
• Proven ability to teach, coach, and lead customers and peers.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% for customer visits/sales engagements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Data Driven Services to accelerate connectivity with customers and contribute to B2B teams.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues across teams to drive shared success.
• Perform on-site bolted joint optimization at customer facilities to improve quality and efficiency.
• Conduct bolted joint analysis in the Auburn Hills lab, including torque-to-failure and ultrasonic testing.
• Develop presentations and training materials to support Master Class programs.
