Job summary

SCHOTT Advanced Optics seeks a Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, cost, timing, and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Production Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical discipline required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years leading technical, manufacturing, production, engineering, or development projects.
• Proven experience as Project Manager or similar leadership role in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, risk management, and lifecycle execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of technical, production, customer, and development projects aligning with business objectives, budgets, schedules and resources.
• Define scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, risks, and success criteria following PM standards.
