You should have 7+ years in semiconductor etch, a strong background in Lean Six Sigma and ISO 9001, and a track record of moving innovations from R&D to production-ready status.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Microelectronics, or Optical Engineering.
- 7+ years hands-on semiconductor fabrication and advanced dry/wet etch engineering.
- Proven track record moving deep-tech innovations from R&D to high-volume manufacturing.
- Strong experience in Lean Six Sigma, SPC, DOE, JMP software, and ISO 9001 systems.
Responsibilities
- Own wet and dry etch processes across oxide, metal, polysilicon, and advanced materials.
- Design and optimize semiconductor and optical process flows.
- Lead lithography and etch modifications to optimize optical performance.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing constraints on specialized etch tools and substrates.
- Coordinate feedback with Sales, Account Management, and external foundries.
- Lead phase-gate reviews to move projects from R&D to production readiness.
- Draft PFMEA documents and risk mitigation per ISO 9001 standards.
