Job summary

Qualifications

• Must maintain active state licensure/registration.
• ABO and NCLE certifications required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to sponsor Apprentice Optical Technicians as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with eyewear purchases, measurements, and adjustments.
• Process optical orders and manage lens/frame selection.
• Coordinate with labs and optometrists on product status.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and privacy practices.
• Maintain and stock the Optical area following policies.
