Eye Contact Madison West is seeking a Level 2 Optician to join our Madison West practice. You will help patients choose frames and lenses, provide personalized recommendations, and perform adjustments, while maintaining inventory and supporting patient care with the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of optical experience is required (customer service or sales experience preferred).
• Strong communication and multitasking skills are important.
• Professional, friendly and dependable attitude expected.
• Willingness to cross-train in other departments for career growth.

Responsibilities

• Help patients choose frames and lenses that fit their needs and style, build connections with patients
• Provide exceptional customer service and personalized recommendations
• Perform eyewear adjustments and minor repairs
• Maintain optical inventory and displays
• Work closely with doctors and team members to support patient care
• Cross-train in other departments for career growth
