Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• 0-3 years of experience.
• Willing to learn and grow.
• Optical experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review Physician’s prescriptions and orders based on medical charts.
• Educate patients on corrective lens options and help them choose fit for medical needs and lifestyle.
• Provide feedback about aesthetic choices in frames.
• Achieve sales goals and quotas while attending to patient needs.
• Manage inventory of frames and contact lenses for variety and satisfaction.
• Communicate with physicians about prescriptions and eye-related issues.
• Perform adjustments and repairs of eyewear.
• Place optical orders with an understanding of insurance benefits.
