Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year in customer service or medical office environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Current ABO/ABOC and NCLE certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and recommend frames and lenses to patients.
• Adjust and repair glasses as needed.
• Communicate effectively with patients and doctors.
• Maintain frame standards in the office.
