Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• ABO Certification required.
• Experience with retail or customer service established.
• Ability to sell using sales skills and meet sales targets.
• Ability to present decisive, creative solutions to issues to grow the business.
• Clear and enthusiastic communication to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by fostering a retail selling culture and using NECE techniques.
• Develop professional business relationships with associates and doctors.
• Fills eyeglass prescriptions and fits/adapts lenses and frames, including measurements and frame selection.
• Ensure accurate pricing, POS entries and realistic delivery quotes.
• Maximize Vision Care relationships and sales opportunities.
• Support marketing programs and promotions across store operations.
