Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in selecting eyewear based on needs and preferences.
• Conduct fittings and adjustments for eyewear and contacts.
• Educate patients on lens options and care instructions.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records using EMR systems such as Epic.
• Perform basic laboratory tasks related to eyewear production as needed.
• Stay updated on optical technologies and trends.
