Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year in a customer interactive position or equivalent experience.
• HIPAA compliance as described in policies and procedures.
• ABO/ABOC and NCLE certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Embrace total patient experience to build relationships and provide medical support.
• Determine patients' wants and needs and sell to exceed expectations.
• Assist patients in selecting frames according to style and measurements.
• Operate auto-lensometer and manual lensometer.
• Educate and recommend lenses, coatings, and frames.
• Accurately collect measurements (bridge, eye size, temple length, seg heights, vertex distance, PD, pantoscopic tilt).
• Dispense orders and repair/adjust frames; dispense all glasses/contacts in E360.
• Maintain frame inventory and clean, organized work area.
• Follow all office policies and job aids.
• Support other duties in the office as needed.
