Qualifications

• State licensure and ABO Certification where applicable.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Awareness of current fashion trends.
• Sales skills using IPAD/tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide unsurpassed customer service through sales and service steps.
• Operate POS system accurately and handle payments securely.
• Adjust and fit eyewear, measure, and record prescriptions.
• Educate customers on guarantees and after-sale services.
• Maintain store appearance and planograms.
• Lead by example and support team in daily tasks.
