Job summary

Vision Innovation Partners is seeking an experienced Optician to join our eye care team in Bucks County. You will guide patients in selecting optical products, order frames and lenses, and help with fittings while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in the optical field is required.
• At least 2 years experience working as an Optician is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Sales experience is a PLUS!

Responsibilities

• What you will do: guide patients in selecting optical products based on prescription and budget.
• Order frames and lenses from vendors.
• Assist with frame adjustments and repairs.
• Collect payments and enter charges in the practice management system.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and sales skills and familiarity with computer systems.

What You Will Do:

• Guiding patients in the selection of optical products to accommodate their prescription and financial requirements.
• Ordering frames and lenses from vendors.
• Assisting with frame adjustments and repairs.
• Collecting payments and enters charges and payments into the Practice Management system.
• Demonstrating strong customer service and sales skills, as well as experience with computer systems.
