Role Description

The Optician is a full-time, on-site role based in Maple Grove, WI. This role is responsible for guiding customers through frame selection, lens options, and fit adjustments to ensure clear vision and comfort. Daily tasks include interpreting prescriptions, advising on lens types and coatings, measuring and fitting eyewear, and supporting eye exam flow in collaboration with eye care professionals. The Optician provides friendly, knowledgeable customer service, addresses questions and concerns, and helps maintain store presentation and product displays. This role also supports sales goals, follows company guidelines, and contributes to a welcoming, inclusive store environment.
