Job summary

PDS Optical is seeking an Experienced Optician to join our team at the White River Junction, VT VA clinic to deliver high-quality eyewear and service for Veterans. Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM, no nights or weekends, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Join a dedicated team that values veterans and strives for excellence in patient care, fitting, adjusting, repairing, and selling eyewear with accuracy using lensometers, pupilometers, and computer systems.

Qualifications

• Must be a Vermont Licensed Optician
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Skilled in fitting, adjusting, repairing, and selling eyewear
• Proficient with manual lensometers, pupilometers, and computer systems
• Familiarity with VA optical benefits and discounts is a plus
• Dependable, self-motivated, and customer-focused

We have Optical Laboratories in Louisville, KY and Fort Lauderdale, FL and manage many optical stores across the US and Puerto Rico. Position Details

• Full-time | Monday Friday | 8 AM 4:30 PM
• No nights or weekends
• Pay Range: $30-$32 per hour
