Job summary

PDS Optical is seeking an Experienced Optician to join the White River Junction VA clinic team in Vermont. This full-time position focuses on delivering accurate eyewear fittings and exceptional customer service to Veterans.

Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no evenings or weekends. A Vermont license is required. Salary ranges from $30.00 to $32.00 per hour, with benefits and an employee-friendly atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Must be a Vermont Licensed Optician.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skilled in fitting, adjusting, repairing, and selling eyewear.
• Proficient with manual lensometers, pupilometers, and computer systems.
• Familiarity with VA optical benefits and discounts is a plus.
