Crystal Vision Clinic PA, a busy four-doctor optometry practice, is seeking a full-time Optician in Minnesota. Our fast-paced optical department focuses on exceptional patient service while selling, dispensing and adjusting eyewear.

The ideal candidate is fashion‑savvy, friendly, team‑oriented and detail‑driven; ABO certification is welcome but not required, with 1 year related experience preferred. We offer a competitive salary, benefits and commission pay.

We are a busy 4‑doctor, family‑owned optometry clinic with a fast paced optical department that has been in business for 60+ years. We are committed to providing exceptional patient experiences and creating a positive, supportive work environment. Our ideal Optician candidate has a passion for fashion and styling frames for patients, is friendly, outgoing, and detail‑oriented. Must work well in a team environment and be passionate about providing excellent patient service while selling, dispensing and adjusting eyewear.
