Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Production Test Technician to ensure optical systems meet strict quality standards before shipment. You will test equipment, run validation and system-level tests, and troubleshoot complex issues across production and R&D environments.

The role requires an associate degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in testing, MATLAB proficiency, and the ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. A U.S. Secret security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in physics/electrical/computing.
• 3+ years in production or R&D testing.
• Experience with cryogenics and vacuum systems.
• Proficiency in MATLAB for data acquisition, processing, and coding.
• Strong troubleshooting for non-conforming hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Test optical equipment per procedures and specifications.
• Run validation and system-level tests for performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during testing; identify electrical/program problems.
• Document results accurately in the system per work instructions.
• Utilize MATLAB for data collection, coding, and analysis to support testing.
