Job summary

OptiGrate - IPG Photonics in Oviedo, FL is seeking an Optical Test Engineer to fabricate, test and certify advanced diffractive and holographic optical components. Qualifications

• BS or MS in electronics, optics, or physical sciences.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical, optical, and electrical specifications using drawings and manuals.
• Hands-on experience with optical measurements and laboratory testing is preferred.

• Hands on experience in optical measurements, operating sophisticated devises such as spectrophotometers and interferometers is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of optics, photonics, or laser systems is a plus.
