Shopko Optical in Duluth, MN is seeking an Optical Manager to lead our brand-new store and team. You will supervise dispensing eyewear, deliver exceptional patient care, and partner with an Optometrist to drive business results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership or equivalent management experience with strong customer service focus.
• Optician experience is desired; ABO/Shopko OCE Certification within 12 months of hire/promotion required or training offered.

Responsibilities

• Lead optical team to maximize sales, profit and customer service objectives.
• Supervise dispensing of eyewear and patient care in collaboration with the Optometrist.
• Hire, train and coach teammates; manage performance.
• Develop and execute store plans to achieve financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and applicable laws.
