Henry Ford Health System in Plymouth, MI seeks an Optical Service Rep to greet patients, handle merchandise, service, and billing inquiries, and process sales in the POS.
You will schedule appointments, manage patient records, and collaborate with departments to ensure timely eye care and product delivery.
Evening and weekend shifts are required; prior retail or optical experience is preferred and training is provided.
Greets and directs patients in a friendly, professional and efficient manner. Investigates and resolves patient inquiries concerning merchandise, service, and billing in person or over the phone. Completes and records sales transactions accurately in HFO Point of Sale (POS) system. Works closely with all HFO departments to coordinate patients’ services.
