Qualifications

• Experience in the design of miniature component or opto-mechanical modules.
• Proficient in 3D CAD design (NX preferred) and application of statistical tools and techniques (Matlab, Python, JMP, etc).
• BS and a minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complete module design and system integration.
• Scope new sensor technologies and proof-of-concept opportunities.
• Define module, system, and feature-level specs.
• Perform failure mode analysis and root cause diagnosis.
• Business travel to support production development.
