The Optical Sensing Hardware group designs sensors and illuminators for Apple products, including components of the FaceID system and digital crown in Apple Watch Ultra. This multidisciplinary team is responsible for the architecture, design, and manufacturing development of new sensing solutions.
We are looking for someone knowledgeable in semiconductor lasers who is a proactive problem solver. Experience with photodiodes is a plus. Your role involves specifying, developing, and validating new semiconductor components for sensors.

Base salary ranges from $143,100 to $264,200, depending on skills and experience.
