Job summary

Med-Scribe, Inc. is recruiting for a Frame Stylist with the Buffalo-Niagara Falls optical practice partner. You will work one-on-one with patients to help them find frames that fit their style and needs, and explain lens options.

Responsibilities include personalized frame styling consultations, meeting monthly sales goals, merchandising, frame measurements, and coordinating with labs and optical staff to ensure a smooth patient flow. High school diploma required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior optical or retail styling experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and multi-tasking skills.

• Work closely with the opticians, technicians and providers to ensure a seamless patient flow.
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding timelines, warranties and order status.

We have partnered with a highly reputable optical practice in the Buffalo-Niagara Falls region to recruit a Frame Stylist to join their sales team!

As a Frame Stylist, you'll play a big role in the patient experience. You'll work one-on-one with patients to help them find frames that complement their style and needs, and educate them on the different lens options.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys working with people and is looking to get their foot in the door in the world of sales. Optical experience is a plus, but not required!

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized frame styling consultations and educate patients on frame materials, fit, durability and design benefits
• Meet or exceed monthly optical sales goals

Placement: Direct Hire

Location: Flexibility to work out of their four locations in the Buffalo - Niagara Falls region

Schedule: Monday through Friday, Full-time or Part-time (at least 3-4 days per week), between 9am-7pm.

Pay: $20-$23/hr plus commission and benefits!
