Visionworks is seeking an Optical Specialist/Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, guiding customers through the Visionworks journey with expert product knowledge and a friendly, human approach.

The role prioritizes achieving daily sales goals, engaging with customers, and ensuring eyewear is fitted correctly. Part-time position, with opportunities for training and development in optics.

Qualifications

• HS diploma, GED or equivalent required or expected.
• Experience in customer or patient service is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily sales goals by optimizing the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services meeting eye care needs.
• Take precise measurements for eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through training.
• Support store operations: restocking, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear.
