Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven track record delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills with a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and identify needs to ensure a memorable experience.
• Assist customers in selecting eyewear that fits budget and eye care needs.
• Troubleshoot prescription issues and resolve customer complaints.
• Achieve sales goals while complying with policies and procedures.
• Maintain brand standards and housekeeping in-store and in the lab area.
