Job summary

National Vision's America’s Best stores are seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an outstanding customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals.

You will help customers select eyewear, dispense lenses where permitted, and educate on eyewear care. Maintain accurate records, assist with inventory, and keep the store clean and merchandised to brand standards. This role offers growth potential and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail or customer service experience.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and support store sales goals.
• Assist customers in selecting eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training where permitted by state law.
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care.
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records.
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
