Job summary

National Vision's Eyeglass World in Utah seeks a customer-focused retail teammate to deliver warm, confident service, guide eyewear selections, and ensure a smooth fitting and pickup experience. As part of the in-store team, you will support patient flow, perform finishing checks, uphold brand standards, and help educate customers while maintaining organized, welcoming spaces.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
• 1+ year experience in optical, retail, sales, or customer service (Required).
• Strong multitasking, time management and organizational skills (Required).
• Clear communication and the ability to educate customers effectively (Required).
• Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction at every interaction (Required).
• Support store team in shared goals (Required).
• Bilingual abilities (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer experience and deliver warm, confident, personalized service.
• Guide customers through eyewear selection, final fitting, and product education.
• Ensure customers leave confident in their eyewear and experience.
• Assist with patient flow and in-store screenings to support Optometrists.
• Perform finishing work, final adjustments, inspections and quality checks.
• Prepare orders for pickup and deliver polished handoffs aligned with brand.
• Model Eyeglass World service standards and uphold in-store brand presentation.
• Maintain organized, clean, and efficient finish and retail areas; resolve issues proactively.
