Job summary

Qualifications

• ABO/SVS certification due within 12 months of hire/promotion.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of leadership experience or equivalent management with strong customer service.
• Ability to lead, coach, and build relationships in a professional environment.
• Solid organizational and planning skills.
• Able to analyze financial data and identify opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead team to achieve sales, gross margin, and financial results.
• Supervise dispensing eyewear and patient care.
• Hire, train, coach and manage performance.
• Partner with Optometrist to drive business results and patient care.
• Ensure store compliance with HR policies and laws.
• Communicate company initiatives and processes to staff.
• Open/close store, cash office, payroll, and alarm responses.
