Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead team to execute merchandising, operational and customer service strategies to deliver planned sales and financial results.
• Partner with Optometrist to ensure team and doctor are working together to drive business and patient care results.
• Hire, train, coach and manage performance of team.
• Identify opportunities to grow business and develop business plans.
• Ensure store is compliant with HR policies and federal/state laws.
• Open/close the store, manage cash office and alarm responses.
