Job summary

VisionWorks is seeking a friendly Optical Specialist/Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, guiding customers through the VisionWorks experience with warmth and knowledge about optics and services.

You will help patients select eyewear, meet sales goals, and contribute to a welcoming, human, and bold shopping journey. This is a part-time in-store role, with benefits and opportunities for growth in a customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer or patient service preferred but not required.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for eyewear and ensure fit and satisfaction with training and development.
• Execute daily store operations including restocking, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear.
