Visionworks of America is seeking a personable Optical Specialist/Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our brand and guide patients through the Visionworks experience. You will share product knowledge, help customers select eyewear, and ensure a simple, human, and bold eyewear journey.

The role emphasizes a welcoming in-store presence, excellent customer service, and collaboration with store teams to meet daily goals while upholding our commitment to vision care and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.
• Related customer or patient experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through continuous training and development to ensure eyewear is right the first time
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship
