Job summary

Eyemart Express in Texas is hiring an Optical Retail Sales Associate to guide patients in selecting frames, lenses and coatings. You will ensure excellent customer service, process sales, educate on eyewear care, and handle insurance claims while maintaining confidentiality and up-to-date product knowledge.

The role emphasizes accurate measurements, order preparation, frame adjustments, and responsive engagement with promotions and policies to support a seamless in-store experience.

Qualifications
