Qualifications

• 3–5 years of quality coordinator/management experience, ideally in optics or manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015 requirements and best practices.
• Proficiency in ERP and database administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the company’s ISO 9001:2015 certification.
• Manage and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Analyze production and quality data to identify trends and drive corrective actions.
